Travel To The Congress Center

By plane

• If you arrive to Budapest by plane, then the way from the only airport in the city’s Ferenc Liszt Airport will take around 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
• Budapest Congress Center is located 25 km from the airport and is accessible by either taxi, airport minibus or public transport.
• The taxi from the airport to the hotel costs around 19 000 HUF and a ride from the hotel to the airport costs around 13 000 HUF.
• The airport minibus is around 3 000 HUF and public transport tickets cost altogether around 2 000 HUF.
• The best way to get to the BCC by bus is to take 100E bus from the airport to Astoria and change to bus 8E, 112 or 110 to BAH-csomópont.

• By train
  Budapest has three railway stations: Keleti pályaudvar (Eastern), Nyugati pályaudvar (Western) and Déli pályaudvar (Southern).
• About 1 km from the South Railway Station, on Alkotás utca.
• By taxi, it would take around 15 minutes to get to the congress center from each of those railway stations.
• Regarding the public transport from Keleti pályaudvar, it is best to take the bus 8E, 112 or 110 that goes straight to the stop BAH-csomópont where BCC is situated.
• As for Nyugati pályaudvar, the options are, taking Metro line 3 to “Ferenciek Tere” and switching to bus 8E, 112 or 110 to “BAH-csomópont” or, during the M3 reconstruction hours, take bus number 6 to “Astoria” stop and then take the same bus as in the case of Keleti Pályaudvar.
• Déli pályaudvar is the closest train station and to get from there to BCC, there are trams 17 or 61 that go straight to the “BAH-csomópont” stop.

Parking

• Marked red on the map.
• Entrance and location of the parking lot from/on Jagelló street – 140 parking places
• Payment at the ticket machine in the parking lot.

• Marked green on the map.
• Entrance and location of the parking lot from/on Alkotás street 63-67. – 80 parking places
• Payment: at the ticket machines on the side of the parking lot by cash or card
  or at the reception of Novotel Budapest City by cash or card.

• Marked green on the map and see “VIP parking“.
• Reserved for our Speakers and VIP guests on the basis of pre-delivered number plates.
• Entrance and location of the parking lot from/on Jagelló street.
• Vehicles will be admitted by a security guard on the basis of the number plates.
